Gas Analysis with direct calculation of C level, with bus connection
The color TFT touch panel allows for a simple and transparent service. Models designed for heat treatment processes dispose of the following measuring ranges:
Carbon Dioxide (0,000 - 1,000 Vol% CO2), Hydrogen (0,0 - 80,0 Vol% H2), Methane (0,00 - 10,00 Vol% CH4), Hydrogen (0,0 - 80 %H2), Dewpoint (-40°C - 30 °C), Temperature (0 - 1200 °C).
Further parameters with corresponding ranges upon request.
Measuring results are used to calculate the following parameters: C level in %, O2 probe voltage (mV), gas dewpoint (°C) and soot level (%C). Since all of the results can be displayed individually, simulation of particular parameters is possible without any difficulty. This feature is of major importance for calculations in devices, which are not equipped with the entire sensor set. Evaluations by table are therefore not required. An USB port is provided, enabling for a simple storage of measuring results in ASCII format, useful for external analysis by means of EXCEL© or similar programs. A system memory for temporary storage is integrated as well. The adaptation to particular plants is considerably simplified by four configurable analog outputs, which allows for quick transfer of an analyzer to another situation, e.g. during a damage case. In the case of a failure of an oxygen probe for example, the batch is not lost, due to the internal probe voltage simulation.
